How quickly are orders dispatched?
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and arrive within 1–2 working days. Orders placed by 2pm can be shipped same-day. Please note that pallet-based orders may take slightly longer to arrive due to scheduling of the pallet courier, however, we aim to ensure fast and reliable fulfilment to minimise downtime for your business.

All of our ceramic sublimation mugs are 100% dishwasher proof and our ULTRA A+ mugs have been independently certified upto 3,500 dishwasher cycles. Our mugs are also microwave safe (excluding our metal, metallic finish and enamel mugs) making them perfect for everyday use.

To print on sublimation mugs, you will typically need a mug heat press, a sublimation printer, sublimation ink, and transfer paper. A consistent heat press setup is key to achieving high-quality results, especially for bulk production. Many of our customers have progressed their production to use sublimation ovens to improve their productivity and to create larger fullscape prints across the full surface of the mug.
What temperature and time should I use for sublimation mugs?
This can vary depending on your heat press and mug coating, but a typical starting point is around 180–200°C for 180–200 seconds. It’s always recommended to test your specific setup and adjust accordingly to achieve the best results.
