Delivery Information

We supply sublimation blanks to trade customers across the UK and internationally. The information below explains how orders are dispatched and delivered.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same working day from our UK warehouse, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we always aim to process orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped using a combination of parcel carriers and pallet distribution networks, depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

Smaller consignments may be shipped using parcel carriers, while larger orders are typically delivered on pallet services to minimise handling and reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on the size of the order and the delivery location.

Pallet Deliveries

Depending on the size of your order, shipments may occupy part or all of a pallet. Pallet networks typically categorise deliveries into the following sizes:

Quarter Pallet – smaller consignments
Half Pallet – medium-sized shipments
Full Pallet – larger bulk deliveries

To help customers optimise delivery costs, it can sometimes be useful to understand how cartons fit onto a pallet. For example, a typical pallet configuration for mug cartons may look like:

Typical pallet capacity (mug cartons)
Quarter pallet – up to 14 boxes
Half pallet – up to 28 boxes
Full pallet – up to 56 boxes

This means that if your order is close to the next pallet threshold, adding additional cartons may not increase the delivery cost.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on the pallet space required and the delivery location, though we reserve the right to change this if we believe it to be incorrect.

Delivery Timeframes

Most UK deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Pallet deliveries are normally made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

While carriers aim to deliver within these timeframes, delivery times are not guaranteed and delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather conditions or depot capacity.

Receiving Your Delivery

Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment.

If the delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available to receive the goods, the carrier may return the pallet to the depot and a redelivery charge may apply. Any additional delivery charges incurred will be passed on to the customer.

If you would like the pallet to be left without a signature, this must be authorised in advance. By providing authority for goods to be left unattended, you agree that the delivery will be considered completed once the carrier leaves the goods at the specified location, and all responsibility and risk passes to the customer at that point.

Pallet Access Requirements

Pallet deliveries are typically made using large delivery vehicles.

Customers should ensure that the delivery address is accessible to pallet trucks and delivery vehicles.

In rare cases, pallet carriers may determine that an address is not accessible by standard delivery vehicles due to road restrictions, access limitations or site conditions. Where this occurs, the carrier may require the shipment to be transferred to a smaller vehicle for delivery, which can incur additional delivery charges.

If additional transport charges are applied by the carrier due to access restrictions, these costs may need to be passed on to the customer.

International Deliveries

We regularly ship orders to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and international destinations.

Please contact us for a delivery quotation if your destination is outside mainland UK.

Warehouse Collection

Orders are not available for collection from our warehouse. All orders must be shipped using our delivery services.
